Welcome to MedWellNest (“we”, “us”, the “Service”), available at medwellnest.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What MedWellNest is

MedWellNest is an educational health-information service. It explains lab-report values, symptoms, medicines, and health topics in plain language, and offers an optional paid tool that analyses an uploaded lab report and answers questions about it.

2. Not medical advice

The Service is for general information and education only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, is not a substitute for a qualified clinician, and must not be used for emergencies. Reference ranges vary between laboratories — your report's printed range takes precedence. Always consult a doctor about your health, and call your local emergency number for urgent symptoms. You rely on the Service at your own discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract.

4. Paid features and payments

Some features (unlimited report questions, the full doctor-question sheet, printable summaries) require a one-time payment. Prices are shown before purchase in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. Refund terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to it, uploading unlawful content, or using it to harm others. We may suspend access for misuse.

6. Your uploads

You keep ownership of the reports you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to produce your analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload reports that are not yours or that you have no right to share.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's content, design, and software are owned by MedWellNest or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial reference; you may not republish or redistribute it at scale without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedWellNest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid feature is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered.
